"I tried using a coupon code..."
I tried using a coupon code on DokiDoki Cosplay, but it kept coming up as not valid, even though I’m sure I saw it still listed on their site.
I checked the cart total, the items, the spelling, and a few other obvious things, but I couldn’t get it to go through. Maybe there was some rule I missed, but the checkout page didn’t really explain anything, so I was just guessing.
In the end, I didn’t place the order. If there are restrictions on a coupon, I feel like they should be shown more clearly so people don’t waste time trying to figure it out.

"Helpful tier info, just needed a second look"
I liked how DokiDoki Cosplay lays out the cosplay tiers clearly, like basic, standard, deluxe and so on. I tend to assume higher tiers mean better fabric, more details, and a higher price, so having that structure there made it easier to understand what I was paying for.
The only thing is that a few product pages still made me pause and read them twice to be sure what was actually included. Not a huge issue, and maybe I’m just used to checking details carefully, but a little more clarity would help. Overall, it was a good experience and I’d probably buy again.

"Quick help from customer service"
I had a quick question about my order, so I messaged dokidokicos.com and wasn’t expecting to hear back anytime soon. But they replied fast and actually explained everything in a way that made sense.
The person I talked to was friendly and didn’t make it feel like I was bothering them. It got sorted without a bunch of extra messages, so yeah, I’d order again. That’s it...

"Box was a bit beat up"
Box showed up dented. Not great to see. But the stuff inside was fine. No real damage. So, all good in the end.

"Not really worth the money for me"
At first, I was actually hopeful because the price seemed reasonable and the ordering process was simple enough. I was excited for it to arrive and thought it might be a decent find.
Once I got it, though, I felt let down. The quality was just average, and a few parts looked cheaper than I expected for what I paid. For the cost, I thought it would feel a bit better put together, so the value just wasn’t there for me.
Maybe other people had a better experience, and I can see how it might be fine if your expectations are lower. But personally, I wouldn’t buy from dokidokicos.com again.

"Decent selection, but I wish there was more"
I found some good cosplay stuff here, but a few categories felt a bit limited to me. It’s not bad at all, I just wish there were more options to choose from. Has anyone else noticed the same thing?

"Decent fabric, but stitching could be better"
The fabric feels okay overall and is comfortable enough, but I did notice some of the seams started coming loose after a bit. It’s not terrible, but I do wish the stitching had been a little more durable...

"Looked cute, but felt "cheap""
I really wanted to like this, but the material just wasn’t comfortable. After about 20 minutes, it started feeling "scratchy" and the seams were rubbing against my skin. It looks fine in pictures, but actually wearing it was annoying. I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Looks right, but I’m still annoyed"
To be fair, the design is really accurate and the colors and little details match well. But i’m annoyed because I shouldn’t have had to stress over whether it would look right in the first place. They need to do a better job making that clear upfront.

I preordered this thinking it wouldn’t take too long, but it ended up being slow. The updates weren’t very clear either, so I was kind of left guessing most of the time. After a while, I got tired of just waiting around

"Refund was easy, but I felt a bit brushed off"
I had to return a cosplay, and while they did reply quickly and the refund showed up after a few days, I still felt a little ignored during the process. It wasn’t a huge hassle or anything, but the communication felt kind of bare minimum.

"Cute, but the sizing is frustrating"
The stuff is really cute, but I got annoyed quickly trying to find bigger sizes. There just aren’t enough options, and I don’t have the patience to dig around forever hoping something will fit.

"Finally, No Surprise Import Fees"
I ordered from DokiDoki Cosplay mostly expecting the usual international shopping routine where everything looks fine until the extra fees suddenly appear. I’ve been burned by that before with other shops, so I was watching for it this time. But before I paid, the import duty info was clearly shown, and that made the whole checkout feel way less stressful. When everything arrived, it matched what I’d seen on the site, and there weren’t any confusing extra costs popping up later. It sounds like a small thing, but for international orders, knowing the total upfront makes a big difference

"Decent outfit, but accessories were lacking"
I ordered a cosplay from dokidokicos. The main outfit was good for the price. The size was mostly fine too. No big problem there. The accessories were the weak part. One small piece was missing. Another one looked different from the photos. I could still wear the costume. But I had to buy a few extra things myself. Not awful. Just not as complete as I expected.

I got a prop from dokidokicos.com it looked really cool when it arrived. But am I the only one who had it start falling apart after barely using it? The handle got loose after just one con day, and I wasn’t being rough with it at all. For the price, I really expected it to hold up longer.

"Really happy with the custom options"
I ordered from dokidokicos.com and liked that they let me ask for a few custom changes and stuff. I was kind of worried this whole thing would be complicated, but it was actually easy to explain what I wanted.
They were nice when they replied and double-checked the size and little details before making it. The costume ended up fitting better than a lot of the ones I usually buy online, so yeah, I’d order again if I need another cosplay.

"Shipping took forever"
I ordered from dokidokicos.com thinking it would arrive in a normal amount of time, but the shipping was so slow. The tracking barely updated, so you’re just sitting there wondering where your package is and when it’s actually going to show up. By the time it finally arrived, I didn’t even need it anymore. Frustrating experience.

"Showed Up Eventually"
It arrived later than expected, which was a little annoying because I kept checking the tracking while making coffee and doing stuff around the house. But in the end, it did show up, so I can’t complain too much.
